Reads a repo and writes a first-day guide for a new engineer.

What it does

  1. Explorer maps the repo.
  2. Writer turns the map into ONBOARDING.md.

Copy .env.example to .env and fill in:

Run

claude  # then: /onboard

zom clone asks which agent tool you use and places the files for it.
